3.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions to our premium content:

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of the initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service
  • After 30 days, a prorated refund may be considered at our discretion

3.3 Digital Products

For one-time purchases of digital products (guides, reports, etc.):

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the product does not meet the described specifications
  • No refunds will be provided after the product has been downloaded or accessed

3.4 Consultation Services

For consultation services:

  • Full refunds are available if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • 50% refund if canceled between 24-48 hours before the appointment
  • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment
  • If we are unable to provide the service as scheduled, a full refund will be issued
